Looks like the industry is completely out of control with absolutely no comprehensive global registry of high-containment labs, no standardized international oversight mechanism and no mandatory global reporting framework.

The guy in the first video here explains the findings of the JoPH report far better than I could but reckon all this unchecked proliferation (and Nipah tinkering) is a far bigger threat to humanity than nuclear weapons.

I don't doubt that's the case where nuclear weapons are concerned.

And theoretically, any virus can be engineered to alter its mode of transmission.

But it would indeed require extensive genetic manipulation.

Potentially, an airborne virus with a 40-60% mortality rate could be catastrophic.

I mean, we are not talking total extinction of the human race. 

But the widespread social collapse and economic disruption caused would bring about profound long-term damage.

I'm quite certain that Billy has used different templates which he has incorporated in his books.
