Hello all...

Yes, new to here.   I used to be on ATS, but now I see it is Gone, and this Denyignorance place looks to be good.  84 years old, I am.   I guess I am young at heart.    
    Whenever I see a media post, whether news or politics, I try to find the first cause behind the story.

I try to find Incredibilities in life.  There are SO many interesting ideas and things out there today.
Many of the seniors in my senior home seem to say, "life's a bi*ch then you die".  I say "life is rich, then you live".

STEM is now "STEAM", for "art".    But I add an "S" to steam to make it "STEAMS"!
The S is for Soul, or Spirit, or even for Salvation.

I hope to reply and sometimes to create a thread.  Not too often, though.

Welcome freestonew892!   But... what shall we call you?  freesto?  You say. 

DI is rich with threads of almost any off-the-mainstream ideal.  If you haven't had a gander at the Terms and Conditons, you might want to look at the top right of your screen and review them.  The rules are not complex.  As with ATS, the basically distill down to "don't be a dick".  

I am 12 years your junior.   As we grow older, we need a safe space to talk about things that matter to us.  We are safe here freesto.  Welcome aboard!

Welcome to the site.  I see you are and older person, only after a hundred years are you old.  I don't plan on ever getting old because odds that I will ever live past a hundred are very slim.

What was your name on ATS?
