The short answer is it's unclear.

I think they reported a test-launch in April 2022 and claimed it was a success. 

But since then, the rest of the RS-28 test-fired don't seem to have fared too well.

Unless the desired result is a 60m wide crater.  Saint2

As to the quote button not functioning, it seems to be an issue for a few people.
