This time in Ruidoso, New Mexico so far 3 reported dead 2 children and an older male. Another flash flood, in a pretty barren area no less. NYtimes just happened to be the first link in the search due to Google algorithm I have no preference. That aside, last flood thread I talked about the flooding in my area before the hill country and I live in a very arid cactus growing area of Texas. We shouldn't flood, yet we did. Granted the giant creek near us that has been dry for decades is now full to the top if it had water in it we would be washed out too and surprisingly we still flooded just not as extreme as these places. I dont want to say something is going on, but something is going on and its still going.
