This topic has always interested me. Thank you for posting Karl (and great to see you here!)
As a teen I remember hearing about the cattle mutiliations from some mainstream sources (TV, UFO literature) and then one day I happened to catch a movie on one of the cable channels....Endangered Species (1982)
I remember thinking how this movie's premise and insinatation really came out of left-field for that time. Government conspiracies weren't really the topic du'jour in those days and for something to be so pointed now makes me think that maybe it was really somebody trying to tell (or sell) us something??
