It is a bit wild how not only physical injuries but mental ones as well, can be locked into our muscles and tissues.

Everything is going good. Mostly good side effects. I'm more alert or relaxed when I want to be. My visualization powers improved allot, like allot lot. Memory recall also better.

The first time I did something like this I saw auroras around objects for a long time and couldn't look at clouds for years.

I'll try one or two more tracks today if time allows.

First I have to say the binaural sounds caught me off-guard. I was taught to sync my hemispheres just by alternating hands while drawing and focusing on what's going on. The energy work is also some chi stuff I learned in the 90's.

Lots of audio ques and symbolism. attachment to numbers etc.

That's why I can see whacked stuff and stay calm and you know, acutely have the experience. Well some of it in any case and then you drop out when things get rough.

I'm only interested in the techniques and this is my experience so far.  That box is a pretty cool trick and very simple, but you got to work and add on it constantly. I think it's called cultivation or something in eastern practices.

Turns out my memory improved so much that I remember where I learned all of this from as well as the techniques.

Along with the binaural instructions I had to do actions and then basically trust to intuition afterwards, there was a shit ton of other creative exercises also.

And that reminded me about something:
Quote:A retainer of virtually all the knowledge he was ever exposed to, von Braun sometimes had trouble remembering to pick up his car-pool riders, buy the groceries his wife Maria told him to get at the market, or put on a belt or matching socks.

I’ve had more than my lifetime’s fill of paper-clip a-holes.

On a happy note:
I’m happy these tapes have helped :)

Happy that sharing these brought others happiness. They are some of the rare truly effective things I’ve run across in this lifetime.

Many many side effects..still processing it all and I don't trust everything, or rather my assessment of everything because I was in it all..

Some things I can say now.

The clouds are fucked again, but I can control it so that's something.

I completely missed what was happening at the start and had to seal away my emotions again. Feeling bruised and battered in this regard and I'm going to have to go back in again, further and deeper.  But need to prepare first.

Memory changed drastically. I no longer remember, it's more like flying and sinking into time. I go there. Also blocked this for the moment.

I was listening to one of these the other night (skipping ahead like I shouldn't) and all i could 'hear' was the white noise.
Do they all have binaural beats, just sometimes inaudible?
They are Definitely relaxing if nothing else, if you are feeling lazy.

Often I find youtube that have louder binaural beats woo woo woo woo woo so it really hammers it in.

There is allot going on in the tapes. There is subtle timed beeps that moves around your head at key phrases.  Listen to the color breathing tape near the end when he imprints the memories.

These tapes where all instructions with specific purpose, there would have been a playbook or many.  It's very easy to just use it as a guide.  There would have been a driving purpose behind it also at the start.  If the guys where just fucking around they wouldn't have written any thing down.

Also notice the timing of pretty much everything, ever wonder why you get prompted to focus just after you thought that you should?

There is also the induced NDE thing, you even stop breathing. Remembering the REBAL is what lets you stay in focus otherwise you just pass out. You train your brain at the start to associate breathing with the REBAL so later when your "energy" starts running out you know to breathe.

Do you hear a lot of noise on the Archive MP3s?
Sometimes the whooshing is tape noise or perhaps its meant to be hissy....
