They are really cool files, and a good program. I got them from a torrent years ago and have one or two discs lying around. These days I use some made on YT or posted there.

Lately I have been back into practising OBE training, after years off. i do some astral work, scrying, but astral sight is far easier than a full projection.

I have gotten out two or three times on my own, but that was when my situation was different.

Now I am using binaural beats but it is more difficult. I lost hearing in my left ear so I think that may make it a lot more difficult, unfortunately :(
I am training to be able to do it now, without the sounds, but they definitely help.

I blew out my eardrums over two years ago shooting and just reclaiming, reduced, but decent hearing.  By chance, I found a Sennheiser Model TR system w/two wireless headphones that does wonders for voices through the computer and the low sounds of Hemi-Sync.

First I have to say the binaural sounds caught me off-guard. I was taught to sync my hemispheres just by alternating hands while drawing and focusing on what's going on. The energy work is also some chi stuff I learned in the 90's.

Halfway through tape 3 I figured I can just do it with my eyes open and interesting visions appeared.  A ripple went past the curtains a couple of seconds before the whole window folded in half. It was nuts, everything was just getting squished in like a portal was opening. Unfortunately going WOW in a trance ends the experience so that was that, it was a rush of energy. 

Tape 4 I decided to do with eyes open from the start. I'm facing stairs sitting comfortably. Everything was going fine, odd wavy lines now and then nothing crazy. During the exercise you have to pull out fears, look at emotions and events and clean them. I knew the exercise so I was digging deep and going into the trenches with gusto and tears.

One of the lights flickered and I knew something was going to happen if things kept up. I could see my aura/energy shield at this point in time, my vision was alternating between normal and going into high contrast. 

A glow came from behind the stair rails. Something made out of energy came down the stairs. I was actually keeping it together, prepared to see weird shit. Unfortunately my cat was also seeing what ever was now almost next me. He was backing away and scared, so I pulled off the headphones and got up. I couldn't see anything any more. He kept looking at the stairs for about 5min after. Now I sit here typing this.

Indeed, but that is just half the story and the rabbit hole goes deep. These techniques are borrowed from other esoteric practices. Remote Viewing became a term because psychic was not palatable.  Ingo Swann came up with the term.

I imagine most people just has a "normal" experience doing this. I modify the lessons and have fun with it, the mind is capable of incredible things. I'm also sure that some people do not have the normal experience and might be reluctant to talk about it.

Cults or cult like behavior was a focus for me at the time so that's the angle of the thread but the content is 100% all bout OOBE/Remote viewing.

Just finished tape 5 didn't fall asleep, forced myself to stay awake. My whole body is buzzing and I'm floating all the time. Hard to describe, it's like being a marshmallow. Wouldn't call it pleasant but can endure it. My mind is 110% alert and I feel charged up.
