Then we will see the evidence, no? He will print his claims an back them up? I don't understand your stance on this and why that would be a bad thing. To be clear, he acknowledges he has nothing, he wants to do a fishing expedition to "find out all the details". He wants to get the meat for his book that he doesn't have...which is why he is afraid legally of printing it. They will throw this out for being meritless, and he will have taken his gullible supporters' money as planned and gotten attention for his book as planned. She will have to provide evidence disproving his claims. Now if he made claim with just circumstantial evidence I am not sure sure how that kind of case works. No response from Melania Trump's lawyers yet, but Wolff's GoFundMe page has raised $500,000 from worldwide donations.
