We're not discussing Trump’s past defamation suits
We are discussing this very specific threat from Melanie over a very specific subject -- Epstein
She's not going to sue

I guess you are so out of touch you don't even know her last name? I'll give you a hint, it's Trump.....
Melania TRUMP, if need be, will sue Hunter and more than likely win. The precedent has already been set, defamation in regards to Epstein, will result in you losing to those who you defamed.
You are so out of touch bub. Where will you be, and what will you say, when she does in fact sue Hunter? I'm sure you won't admit you were wrong, you never do

A politician here tried to sue me for defamation, and I won that pissing contest.
For those watching at home, its Minter Ellison which is the worlds leading law firm to deal with defamation and that sort of shit cases.
Nice view from the office.
I was not here.

I hope he takes it to court. Mel has never won a defamation case in court. It always gets settled out of the court room. Which says something about the accusation.
I personally think there is something to this and Mr. Trump and his past would indicate that her being a self employed person is something he may find attractive.

Defamation suits are far harder for public figures, especially politicians to win.
You have to prove the defendant knew they were lying. It’s a big reason why pundits get away with saying whatever they want with zero evidence these days.
There are pictures of her with Epstein, so it would be hard to say someone knowingly lied when alleging that.
Hunter is a piece of shit who’s ridden daddies coat tail his whole life. But pundits on both sides throw out accusations all the time with nothing but thumbtacks and yarn to go off of.

Defamation proceedings over here are hideously expensive and rarely do either celebs involved come off with their reputations untrashed..
It's usually a media feeding frenzy.
'l'll just check my Giveashitometer....Nope. Nothing...

The three tests of law for defamation here are:
Is it "public"
Are you identifiable.
Is it true
onus of proof on the claimant
as far as identifiable, if we were speaking about "blue dress barbie", that actually could be considered identifying since we all know who that is.
I was not here.

Over here, burden of proof is on the Defendant.
