The Why Files did a decent look at mantis beings. I have always been fascinated by ants and bees and similar hive intelligence colonies since I had my own sighting. I believe they are telepathic with each other and work to facilitate telepathy in us. With smart devices, internet, and AI we now do more sharing of information than ever before. Our communication is no longer dominated by face-to-face speech, but at-a-distance use of pictures, sounds, text, and complex ideas now made illustrated and tangible. We can literally put things in each others minds with technology...

In my opinion, the mantis are here to teach us everything they know through a sort of 'engineering and education' program. They seed and engineer species and share all their gathered knowledge of the cosmos. If their purpose was nefarious we would have known by now. The true monsters on the planet are here wearing a suit and tie.

They are not only part of the abduction/ contactee phenomenon, but many native cultures speak of underground ant people and various insect people. They are depicted in some of our earliest known cave paintings.

They aren't coming to save us, they're teaching us how to save ourselves.

Humans are a (relatively) young species, especially as far as "sentience" is concerned.

For many reasons, not the least of which is the innate fear that has "soaked" the human consciousness from very early in its evolution. This fear is most likely due to the species "cellular memories" of its earlier status (pre-"sapiens") as often prey.

Telepathy requires a certain sublimation of the "self", the ego. One must, to an extent, be willing to suppress their "inner voice(s)", the self, or ego, in order to "hear", and speak to another mind.

"Hive minds", even when just temporary, can be very frightening for recently evolved entities.

I have never seen a UFO/UAP in my life, despite really wanting to.

As far as "stories" go....I have a very old, very, very vague memory of a pleasant conversation with a being that could have been described as "mantis-ish" from a dream.

Can't remember the gist of the conversation, do remember it was interesting, and,, as I said, very pleasant. 

Like having a a nice coffee with a brilliant and engaging friend.


Then there was the dream in which a two-dimensional worm-like being shared some insights regarding the nature of time as a non-linear "glob".

But things have been completely quiet for decades now. Sooo...

I have now.

Your dissertation seems much more complicated than what I seem to experience. Not wrong, or incorrect. Just more, Intricate.

But then, every path is unique but they all lead to the same place..


Perhaps I'm using my "instinct" more than my intellect?  Which is strange, since I usually preferred a more "considered", cerebral approach to things.


Maybe that vaguely remembered conversation from long ago changed me more than I had previously considered?

Universal consciousnesses, consciousness exists. One way to contextualize it is with overlapping fields and currents. Doesn't really matter how, your sitting in a field right now. If you need proof then it can be drilled into your skull, the witch gave instructions

Indeed, you yet live while demons abound both seen and unseen, people are murdered everyday. I heard a doctor remark that the miracle with life is that there is so much that can go wrong and yet we live, Rupert Sheldrake came to similar conclusion digging into the construction side

You can talk with the bees, what do you imagine a bee tells you? What does the hive say, or the queen?

Universal currents..war, it permeates everything from the moment of birth. Where is free will in this current? When you kill another man? How will it propagate?

Take the word mantis out and you're left with 'teacher.' You have a problem with learning? 

And the fact they do it clandestine to the point of wiping out or replacing memories says plenty. It's inception while minimizing the trauma.

I reiterate, they're teaching us to help ourselves, not to step in as oppressive overlords. 

Imagine all the fundies out there who cling to their belief system, how do you think they'd handle visitation? How do you think the average person would? The psychological shock will be a lot for many. 

Not only would it be frightening to be faced with an intelligence totally alien to us, it will also present very big questions for every person on Earth. Some people will forever cling to the status quo.

As for the rest, yeah life is life. Bad things happen.
