The tried and true paradigm of control is 'manufactured' fear... not "fear of our plans." 

These people must have started out broken.

They refuse to confront the fact that BOTH parties were complicit (maybe criminally,) hid their complicity in a directed media choke hold on information (which they would first exploit before releasing.)

There's no credible evidence that the UK is engaged in any secret scheme to block Ukraine from receiving support.
