Welsh wizards, Math and Gwydyon
conspired together, met in a wood,
to form a woman out of flowers,
petals of oak, broom, meadowsweet,
so she woke, more fair than spring
song of birds when leaves
drip and shine with showers.

Later, Gwydyon regretted the act,
for as the wife of Lleu,
she did deeds not fair but foul,
renamed her Blodeuwedd,
and changed her into an owl.

Now she hoots all through
the black dark night,
among the trees and ruined towers,
and longs to be a woman fair again,
made of woodland flowers.

Focus on "your third eye"
Tense up first and then relax, make a foot as tense as possible and then relax completely

I dont really know about the thread, but I made some square things.  They are limited in English, and almost all the 5 letter ones include proper nouns.  

But still fun. Sator squares are hard. 

The threads a bit strange isn't it? Good thing it's in the paranormal section. I have to divine something and the book keeps me entertained and it's good education also

You curse yourself with bad squares   I'll get to them eventually, maybe..some issues arising...might not be possible to continue at some point soon, who knows the way of such things

Technique for turning off thought.  Start recognizing thought by practicing focus, breathing to a pattern and counting. Every time thoughts rise acknowledge it and go back to focusing on breathing. Rhythmic music helps. No/or no understandable words in music. Pure tones that evoke emotion

Control the process that makes the thoughts come up. Do this with visualization and symbolism, categories thoughts and place them in a box with symbols

Practice motion by visualizing an egg of energy around you, or a magnetic field that spins. Draw the energy up through your spine from your feet

Draw energy from the 'top' and 'bottom' meeting at chakras, cleanse and mix chakras
Imagery needs to be rich and complicated, detailed. Complex scenes can be built over many days

Visualize guardian entities. Create the guardian entities through practice and study, ritual is really best, make friends, give them food/feed them.  They need agency and can catch stray thoughts

Combine senses. You can 'feel' sight. Start by feeling the energy you visualize

It is important to attach breathing with energy, use the above techniques. Visualize the energy exchange that happens with breathing. Within and without. Breath flows in from and out to where...

Align with the earth
Call on the elements, align to the cardinal directions and elements
Learn symbolism, all primordial properties
Stack watch towers and guardians

Complete all in 13min, 40min sessions, once a day or more
