Darkness is familiar. Light asks something of you.
Darkness doesn't challenge you. It lets you stay hidden, unexamined, unchanged.
Light, on the other hand, demands presence.
It asks you to see yourself clearly.
Your strength, your potential, your responsibility, your truth.
That's why it feels intimidating. It's not the brightness itself (it's what it reveals).
When someone steps toward their own light, they are not just becoming better.
They are becoming undeniable.
And that shift can feel like stepping into a larger version of yourself.
As I just expressed in my topic "Recognize your power".
So many doors in your mind/soul will open up when you recognize your power and stop being controlled by your fear.
When you stop letting fear dictate your choices, you don't suddenly become a different person.
Instead you become the version of yourself that's been waiting underneath all along.
