The problem I have with videos like thet is he has no idea what he is talking about with the gunshot sounds. When you get shot at with a rifle from a distance, you hear the sonic boom from the bullet before you hear the gunshot. The pops were the sound of the bullets, not the gunshots. The gunshots are heard afterword.
What else does he have wrong?
I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

campers are fun but a year and a half is long time
time files indeed
Yeah, one day when I was staying in the camper during the winter, I went out in the morning to go work. The van was gone. There was a twelve foot snowdrift over it and across the road. The big county snow plow broke down trying to get through it when it got stuck, they had to tow it away, then they sent a big county snowblower to unclog the road in front of the van and that also broke down, it actually blew the motor I guess. Then they sent another big snowblower and it made it through.
Meanwhile while I was stuck there my friends came out to check it out and we shoveled out the van. It was drifted over with four feet of snow on top, it had become a nice sunny warm day...almost thirty five degrees. So we took out half a dozen lawn chairs from the forty by sixty foot garage and had carved a fireplace into the side of the drift in back of the van. By then the snow piles were about fourteen feet high around the van. We were sitting in the chairs, cooking in the snow fireplace made from compacted snow. drinking beer they brought over in the hole we dug down to the driveway behind the van. Nice party, the friends went home, and that night the new county snowblower...about a twelve foot wide snowblower finally made it through. They lifted the blower up to get the top half, then backed up to do the bottom half. The neighbor just swept out his driveway...no snow on it, and the road on both sides of the drift only had a few inches on it. One side of the fifthwheel had about two feet of snow up against the door, the other side by the neighbors driveway had no new snow. The old guy chuckled and tried to rub in that he was heading to town. So he left and was back in about five minutes...all sad, there was another similar drift about half mile down the other way from his house so he was stuck there.
That was the last storm of that winter, I think that was the winter of eighty three, it was around easter
Getting big snowstorms is common i the Copper country, and it was not unusual to see twelve foot high drifts up there years ago. It was just my luck that it was covering my van. I missed one day of work, it was a friday so I missed friday. Hancock did not seem to get as much snow, but Boston location and Calumet got swamped with snow.
That same year I had a kitten and it was Halloween. I was in the camper and heard a strange noise on the roof, I was watching a scary halloween show and I figured I would look out the door to see what the noise was. The young cat was on the camper roof and couldn't get down, so when I stuck my head out to look around, it decided to jump on my head to get down. It had all it's razor sharp kitten claws, and it was stuck to my head...I yelled as I tried to get it loose and threw it down on the ground and it was wiggling around on the ground. It felt like some monster had grabbed my head. After the screaming, I saw the cat and started to laught loudly, the neighbors probably thought I was nuts. I picked up the kitten and brought it in, it was alright but shook up. I fed it and hugged it and that memory I told lots of people over the years.
Lots of weird things happen over the years. I may have limited ability to do things, but I have the memories of all the things to share anyway when I talk to the great grandkids like I did with the grandkids and daughters.

This story is horrific and baffling and there’s lots of angles to speculate about. From Paddock’s girlfriend yelling “you’re all gonna die” at people on the strip. To his being disillusioned with government and Andre at right-wing America (it was a country concert) To helicopters being used (including an interesting CT suggesting Janus? Airlines loaded drones equipped with automatic weapons to fire on the crowd), including reports of concert-goers suggesting the shots were following and approaching even as they changed positions to the butterflies and keyholes as “art” on that particular (ahem) floor. To a possible assassination attempt on a Saudi royal that was escorted by LE on the ground floor of the casino. To the mere fact of him “working alone” and getting all the hardware (guns& ammo, tripod etc. up the floor/room by himself. To even the other casinos and locations around Las Vegas reporting gunfire. To the top LEO at the time being given a job in Maui only to have that place burn under his watch too.
I’m sure I missed a few, but yeah, all of it is odd. All of it.

Reload, pull trigger until empty. Next gun, reload, pull trigger until empty. Repeat.
They would have time to somewhat cool before each was used again.
Having many magazines stacked nearby would allow for 1000 rounds in no time.
Just because someone is crazy enough to do something like that does not mean he could not plan it all out.
Also, you would not believe the luggage I took into hotels over the years. Workboxes filled with costumes. Easily big enough for all that hardware.
Edit: Having thought about it further, he could have got away with it but he didn't want to. Stop shooting after a couple of minutes, set the room on fire, and leave. It would have been that simple as no one in the hotel was aware of anything at that point.
100% HELL when I traveled for a living, I'd have samples and travel with road racks full of merchandise, when we didn't have show vans.
Pretty sure the guy had rolling travel cases, and it only took 1-3 trips to get it all up to his room.

I remember it because it was a big deal on ATS

No one remembers it (I do, actually) because it was nearly 10 years ago and because there have been so many shootings since then -- including horrific school shootings (and because the Trump admin is just one weird news story after another.)
Everyone's exhausted from this.

One time at DragonCon checking into the hotel. I had 3 in my group. I had my own portable scaffold I used as a luggage cart and 3 hotel carts. The poor guy walks up to us and asks which one is ours. We said yes, all 4 are.
I gave him a good tip though for getting two of them to the room.
They checked nothing for suspicious things.

Yep, and that's completely normal in Vegas with all the trade shows and conventions. People would occasionally ask questions, but mostly out of curiosity
Hell, we used to travel with so much shit: 3 roll racks, 2 cases. If it was busy in the lobby, Id load and unload early or late, it was so much stuff.

I do remember that event, more questions than answers in what it was all about. Something about Saudi Aruba in some of the reports going around afterwards. There was also a gun fight in a gay bar that night with a few more dead.

I remember the whole narrative was full of garbage... unlikely, unreasonable, and inexplicable assertions...
The event was of course - fully attended by FBI PR people and media/government talking heads... ATS was all over it.
