Kamala Harris Fights over Chairs During Campaign
#1
Rolleyes  Geeeze .... the art of gaslighting ...

Political candidates have insisted on certain size podiums over the years.  Now we can add chair height and firmness to the conditions thanks to Kamala Harris.   So very picky ... gotta' get just the right optics to make up for the lack of intelligence that the candidate is showing.

Campaign Fights Over Kamala Harris Campaign Chair Height

Quote:Former Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign became obsessed with the height of her chair during media hits and other appearances, according to an excerpt of “FIGHT: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House” by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes.

Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, sat down for their first interview of their campaign in late August, more than a month in, taking questions from CNN’s Dana Bash. Observing that the former vice president looked smaller than Walz, campaign officials worried that would reinforce the ongoing criticism that she was “incapable, or afraid of answering tough questions on her own,” Allen and Parnes write in their book, set to release in April. So the campaign implemented strict rules on what chairs she was allowed to sit on while running for president, according to the excerpt.

“For the rest of the campaign, her team required that she be provided a chair that met certain specifications: ‘Leg height no less than 15 inches; floor to top of seat height no less than 18.9 inches; arms on chairs may not be very high, arms must fall at a natural height; chairs must be firm,'” Allen and Parnes write in an excerpt of their book.

I have podiophobia. As soon as I see someone at a podium, I immediately think "oh, they're probably full of shit" and change the channel, go away, or ignore them. So far, it has served me well. Similarly, never admire anyone who has had a statue made of them. Except Mary and Jesus. They're cool.

Edit: Buddha gets a pass too. Maybe a few others.

You know that feeling of power you get behind a podium though? Powerful stuff :D
What do you think about the people that wear the headsets and walk around on stage and pretend to be casual?

Those chair conditions don't rule out getting a tall chair and having her feet dangle like a child...I mean she basically is a child so I feel it would have been appropriate...however she lost worse than any democrat since I have been alive so really we probably don't need to bother reading about her or talking about her at all. Unless maybe she did something she could be charged with...
