How was Kimmel working for ABC where ABC can control his show a freedom of speech issue.  Added.  On broadcast TV regulated by the FCC.

Care to cite actual court cases?  Employe vs Employer?  Cases involving the FCC and broadcast TV.

Kimmel had to be fired so Disney could get its merger was an obvious lie.

Orange man bad has a lot more ironic humor after Trump winning a battle with YouTube and in the context of auto pin joe.

Now.  Care to stop side stepping what was asked.

"Anna Gomez, the sole Democratic commissioner at the FCC, told CNN while commenting on Carr’s remarks, “This administration is increasingly using the weight of government power to suppress lawful expression.”"

Could Jimmy Kimmel sue Donald Trump after being "canceled"? What to know

If an insider FCC commissioner says the weight of government power was used to suppress lawful expression, then that is the reality of the situation.

I just posted how it was a freedom of expression issue by the FCC Commissioner. If you reject facts then there really is no helping you understand.

While you ignore the whole history of the FCC regulating and fining broadcasters, court cases over the FCC fining broadcasters, and established court cases that employers have the right to control their employees “free speech” when employees are representing the employer

Care to reference actual established laws.  Which is very different than a little emotional quote.

"Some Republicans Warn of Government Overreach on Free Speech"

"The Trump administration’s crackdown on political speech following Charlie Kirk’s fatal shooting has opened fissures among conservatives, with some prominent lawmakers and commentators raising concerns about stifling free speech.
Their message: The federal government is overstepping its constitutional authority at the expense of free speech, and pressure on media outlets and other groups could backfire."

Some Republicans Warn of Government Overreach on Free Speech

Some see the reality, some will never be able to see it.
