Kimmel’s wife is head co-writer and executive producer of Kimmel’s show.  Supposedly she is crazy woke.  She has something to do with running / organizing the Oscar’s and the Emmy awards too?  

Let’s see what words she puts in Kimmel’s mouth.  Probably another reason now two majority affiliates are going to preempt Kimmel’s episodes.  Why don’t they just get their own social media platform and just be their true nasty selves? Why on Disney’s dime?

Google vowed on Tuesday to offer YouTube accounts that were permanently banned for political speech the ability to be reinstated, and the big tech giant admitted that it once faced pressure from the Biden administration to remove content about COVID-19.

"Reflecting the Company’s commitment to free expression, YouTube will provide an opportunity for all creators to rejoin the platform if the company terminated their channels for repeated violations of COVID-19 and elections integrity policies that are no longer in effect," the lawyer representing Google wrote.

Slightly unrelated but I believe that JK situation brought about this.  Hopefully a good thing.  
One side shouldn't be the only one with freedom of speech.

Producers like McNearney help organise, but they do not run the Academy Awards or the Emmys.

The Oscars and the Emmys are run by entire organisations, not individuals.

Two.  If she is head co writer of the show and executive producer, then she allowed Kimmel to give hateful misinformation as an absolute statement that opened the ABC network and affiliates to liable resulting in affiliates pulling the show, ABC suspending the show, and affiliates still don’t trust the show’s content and will be preempting the show.  If they bother to air it.

Being co-head writer and executive producer does not make McNearney legally responsible for Kimmel’s statements.

ABC has legal and editorial oversight to manage those sorts of liabilities.

There's simply no evidence the show was suspended or broadly distrusted because of her involvement.

You said it, and i clearly showed you exactly where in black and white for all to see. 

I've not implied anything much about the lady yet.

Just the facts, and that's ABC has multiple layers of oversight, including legal, standards, and compliance teams.

I mean if you dont like the woman, please tell us why, but probably best not to demonise the lady without ample reason or facts to support your opinion.
