The misinformation was that Kimmel was fired for Trump so Disney could get a deal / merger. Where you can’t explain how Kimmel’s speech was violated when he was spreading misinformation that resulted in affiliates pulling his show protecting themselves from liable. Where if Kimmel would have doubled down, the affiliates would have pulled his show again with catastrophic results with advertisers.
