Jimmy Kimmel pulled from the air over false comment about Kirk murder

No he didn't.

This is what he said:
“The MAGA gang (is) desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it”

I'm reading that many are saying that he'd win in the court battle if he sued and I think they all knew it because they met with Kimmel at his lawyer's office and got told that in no uncertain terms.

There was no evidence Kimmel was going to sue.  He wasn’t even fired.  But Kimmel using misinformation and doubling down causing affiliates pulling his show was a risk in costing ABC millions in advertising.

I think they thought he'd cave and they could get away with it.

More like Kimmel knows he’s gone and not getting another contract at the end of this contract.
So brave and bold.
Just like the blackface.
It’s almost like certain people can get away with stuff others can’t.
Imagine Trump doing blackface when he had a tv show.

Kimmel is to blame for Kimmels mouth.
This isn’t hard.

Wanna bet Kimmel offers the most hollow apology on his return?

What I meant is that Trump's top Republican politicians were breaking rank with him and standing up for free speech, and Kimmel's rights. That's not gaslighting, that is them standing behind their constitutional oath.

Kimmel can offer an apology or double down on the shooter being a nutcase because of MAGA, it's up to Kimmel and his freedom of speech to say whatever he wants to except what is against the law.

If you read exactly what he said -- he said nothing wrong.

Disney, Kimmel and Kimmel's legal team met at the legal firm's offices. So Kimmel wasn't going to sue. LOL

So Kimmel said the shooter was one of the MAGA gang.

ok?

Where however you want to misinterpret the statement was misinformation by Kimmel.  And trying to smear with misinformation.

That affiliates pulled his show because Kimmel was spreading misinformation and was going to double down on it.  And Disney / ABC had to step in to prevent advertisers from jumping ship and the company from liable.

Do you understand that if Affiliates don’t show a show to protect themselves from liable that advertisers don’t pay up?

Due to the fact that no details were released as to the terms of Kimmel's return, everything you and others here have to say is total speculation.

You can research yourself. It's not worth my effort.
