I post in all threads on DI and some happen to be American subject matter. As for this thread I have posted top Republican politician's and many other American's outrage as to this violation of his first amendment rights. I have learned a lot from them.

He laid it on maga gang, in which Charlie was a general.
Kimmel was embarrassed, no doubt, and lost viewers because of it.
His ratings are already horrible so losing more viewers is not doing the job you’re paid to do.
I’m sure his ratings may potentially be better momentarily when he comes back on but it won’t last and it won’t make him funny again.

Where the innuendo was that Kimmel had to be fired to make Trump happy for some merger / deals to happen.  Which now seems a lie.

Where on the left people were more than happy to see Kimmel spread misinformation concerning his statement that had zero evidence of “looks like the shooter was one of the MAGA gang.”

Where a certain foreign individual to the USA was happy to spread misinformation concerning the authority of the FCC in general, misinformation that Kimmel was fired, misinformation that Kimmel was fired by the FCC for a lack of a better term, misinformation that companies don’t have the right to fire people spreading misinformation to protect the company and stockholders from liable, and misinformation that Kimmel was fired so a merger / deal could go through.
