The link you provided as your source of an “investigative report” concerning Salah al-Din Street convey attack in Oct 2023 claims nothing about drones and doesn’t claim anything about spike missiles.  It clearly states Mortar.  And the Mortar fragment looks like the tell piece of an Iranian mortar shell where Iran does provide or sells shells to Hamas.

If you think the Salah al-Din Street convey attack in Oct 2023 was by drone and spike missile, then provide that link.

Spike missile may be speculation, but again, it's what the drones carry, even though you denied that fact to begin with, and in line with the eyewitness accounts and precise nature of the targeting.
