What we've done in Canada -

Canadian Niagara Falls.
Toronto - Hockey Hall of Fame.

We went horseback riding an hour from Niagara Falls
and came upon a quarry that we were able to gather
tons of fossils from the ocean bed from millions of
years ago.

Nova Scotia is beautiful.   Lots of ocean stuff to do there.

Haven't done this but wanted to - The Basilica of Saint Anne de Beaupre
near QUebec City.    Supposed to be very moving and lots of miracles
associated with trips there.

Just be aware that it's expensive up there.   They have to
jack prices with taxes to pay for their 'free health care'.

Yes, I am a USA citizen but also own 3 acres of oceanfront in Nova Scotia. Its raw undeveloped that overlooks the Bay of Fundy. It has 600' of oceanfront frontage with a fresh water stream. In the Bay of Fundy are whales, Dolphins, Snow Crabs, juust like in [Alaska]  sharks, lobster, squid, scallops and much more.  You can take a train ride from Toronto to Vancouver. I want to do that before I die.

If your into nature, Canada is for you. Fishing, hunting hiking. When I worked for General Motors Powertrain Worldwide Headquarters I was assigned to Saint Catherines Engine Plant. I drove to Rimulski, Quebec. To get there from Quebec City you drive along the Saint Lawrence Seaway. They also have a paved bike and walk path.  Its over 3 hours and 19 minutes by car. Thats 200 miles long.

I have been to Niagara Falls,  Toronto, CN Tower, Quebec City, Montreal, Algonquin Provincial Park and many others.

Excellent

That sounds beautiful. I really like hearing stories about where everybody else lives. Have heard wonderful things about Nova Scotia would love to visit rural Canada someday

Our property is adjacent to a recognised Hiking trail. My biggest concerns are the Black Bears. I can also grow weed up there legally. I was thinking of growing some for the bears and see if they would be our security team but after deep thought they might get the munchies and rip the doors off our Winnebago as they may prefer white meat over seafood.

Missed this post...

Ice Hockey hall of fame doesnt hold much interest to me because its a very minor thing here and those who do it are a very tight community and they dont fk around, they even tighter than the Lacrosse boys...

Horseback riding. I have ridden horses twice and both times once colthe lined into a tree and the other thrown off and dragged by the stipup.

The Basilica is something I would go see. Dad was a "grail hunter" Ive been to some grand churches.

Free healthcare is only as good as your free education. lol

If I ever make it out there, I might not ever come back... its just highly unlikely.

Im just now got to an age and situation, where its can be depressing to think about the places Ill never experience
