Boltons Eyebrows have each filed their own appeal and wish to be tried separately.

He should have used that push-broom on his lip to clean up the evidence trail he left.

Bolton sat back and watched loads of officials and politicians enrich themselves, and said it's time for cabbages and kings
His mind was not for rent to any god or government
Always hopeful yet discontent, knows changes aren't permanent

No one is above the law.

PS; I just made that up.

Biggrin
You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other people's opinions.

You don't need to be above the law, when you're a low-down dirty snake.

From the John Bolton indictment -

Bolton's personal email - which contained classified info - was hacked by Iran.

Bolton notified the Gov't of the hack - but did not mention his possession of the classified info/docs.

Throughout his short tenure as NSA, Bolton regularly leaked classified info to his memoir "editors"

Bolton would provide them with 1,000+ pages of notes memorializing his time as NSA.

Pursuant to a settlement concerning his memoir, Bolton had agreed to provide the US with all the classified docs in his possession.

That wasn't the case - the FBI's search found more in his possession.

This isn’t looking good for old walrus face.

Also, it seems this indictment was incoming for quite awhile.
It was started during the Biden administration and they had put it on hold while the Biden and Trump classified documents investigations were being hashed out.

Let’s drain this swamp.

Fun Fact: Guess who was in charge of reviewing all NSC publications, including Bolton’s “bombshell” book that leaked to the New York Times?

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman’s twin brother.

Bolton can get fucked.

One of the worst creatures to roam the halls of DC.

The dildo of consequences rarely arrives lubed. Let’s hope that rings true for Bolton.

The problem with Bolton is not that he's unintelligent, or even that his policies were always wrong. I mean, they usually were, in my opinion, he definitely batted below 500. And somehow they only trotted him out when they wanted to fund a new war. I can't think of a war or military action he didn't seem to love.

The problem with Bolton is that I always got the impression that he was saying the story that he thought would convince you to do what he wanted, even if he had to spin suspiciously-discovered evidence as uncontested truth to do so. Even if I might have agreed with his reasoning for what he wanted to do, he'd always pitch some bullshit. That made him untrustworthy.

Even when he was right, he was wrong. Swamp creature.

The only thing that disappoints me is the way he’s going down.

If we’re being honest, they all leak, it’s part of the game. They all use private email, Powell taught Hillary to do that with the expressed reasoning of hiding from FOIA.

But he’s a special kind of evil. Untold amounts have died across the globe because of his failed and reckless policy which never sought to benefit the average American. Young American men died for his elitist aims, and countless more were neglected after their service.

Not only did it not benefit the American people, we paid for it. Our money lined the pockets of a select few, and we never even bounced back from it.

While I’m happy to see him go down for something, there were many more complicit who will never even have to worry about consequences. That’s a failure of justice, and he may be the sacrificial lamb that appeases everyone to just move on.
