I mean it could be possible the Bill Clinton didn't do any naughty-naughty to any kids, but what's the definition of kids? In some states 12 year olds are able to make choices for themselves. Even RBG wanted to drop the age of consent down to 12 years old. So if Bill Clinton was knocking around a 12+ year old, Maxwell could legally say that she didn't see him do anything wrong.
