The driver ignored lawful orders.

The driver accelerated with intent and malice.

The drive hit an agent and was trying to flee the area after weaponizing their vehicle.

It's such a shame to see an American woman shot by ICE for no apparent reason.
She may have panicked seeing masked men surrounding her car and tried to escape out of fear, she may have decided she wasn't a migrant, so ICE should be attacking her, or any number of other reason but now that she's been killed we may never know the real reason.

As for the OP's thread title, I think it's incorrect as it seems it's aimed at a defenceless woman shot by 'ICE' and not by a police officer.  It's also sad to see some on here pretty much saying she deserved it.

IMO her stupid *ss shouldn’t have been there obstructing justice (Federal orders).

I read she is a mother, why wasn’t she home with her kid.  

Pretending to be a Social justice warrior when you’re not even at home with your kid is the very definition of Attention seeking stupidity.

She lived in Colorado I read, yet she’s in Michigan. 

There needs to be serious consequences for obstructing Federal officers!

I said if one is unarmed and chooses to disobey orders and tries to flee that is not justification to be murdered in cold blood. Witness statements say she was stuck in the snow, waving cars to pass in front of her, then the ICE arrived, gave conflicting orders, then she tried to flee or obey the order to leave, then was murdered.
