If a cop tells you to get out of the vehicle

Once she directed her vehicle in the direction of the officer in front of her, that was "assault on a law enforcement officer with a deadly or dangerous instrument."
It does not matter if she hit him or he evaded her.

That fact made her a threat to the safety of the community if she was able to drive away.

If she'll run over an officer in marked clothing giving her a lawful order to stop her vehicle, then the law presumes she will run over a citizen too if necessary.

Use of deadly force is authorized to neutralize a threat to the community, i.e., preventing her from driving away.

Pointing her car at the officer and starting forward was no different legally from pointing a gun at him and firing.
The fact that the shooter misses is irrelevant.

What scares me is that there seems to be an overwhelming amount of this now. Childish minds in adults, I mean. It's as if some step in people's brain development is missing somehow, and I expect the why is found at home when parents are missing in action. Another part of it is allowing children to use the Internet unsupervised.

We seem to have multiple generations now of people without adult minds.

The far left tried to escape the ghetto by using the revolution.  Then, they may simply have found it easier to channel an intelligent person than to learn the basics. 

Now that people are aware, hopefully they are taking greater steps to pray and meditate and protect their spirit from being channeled.  I hope they keep it up and even reach out to their spiritually unenlightened neighbor.  Mindfulness, Metta, and Tonglen should be known by every conservative. 

The public schools get massive funding.  Why can't people study on how to act?

Well, around here, if someone in a bullet proof vest with a full face hoodie mask and a gun with only eyes showing tried to stop the wife, she would take off and try to get away.  Anyone could put the letters IDE on their vest.  I might actually try to go around the situation myself because I wouldn't know how to tell a real agent from some group trying to steal your car.

If it was a cop in any uniform they wear around here, and there was a cop car there, I would definitely stop...cops don't completely cover their faces with face masks around here, but criminals posing as law enforcement would.

Why are those ICE agents allowed to wear those full face masks?  They can scare the hell out of people.

That is my opinion, I have been friends with lots of people who were cops, I respect the cops.  Criminals try to hide their identity, law enforcement officers should not be doing that.

I honestly don't know what I would do if someone wearing one of those hats that pull down to just expose their eyes had a gun pointed my way came to my car....what would you guys do.  Anyone could make a little patch to put on the front of their clothes.  They should not make ICE people look like criminals.

ICE screwed me up at the end of last year.  I slipped on it while throwing sand on the driveway.

Up here, often people put those chooks on that have eyeholes in them when working outside or cross country skiing or snowmobiling.  So I could see Minnisota ICE wearing them....but they were wearing them in LA when they were there before... it is not zero in LA

I understand why they would want to have their identity protected, but those hats should be unique, they need ICE or something printed all over them...although anyone could get a fake one printed by a small clothing screen printing shop like one of my old employees used to have.

From what I read on Fox, the women had moved there a while ago.  Both sides are spewing crap on this event so I do not know who to believe.  People wear those full face chooks here sometimes when blowing snow with their snowblowers, I even have one in my cupboard.  But I don't carry a gun when I am wearing it...Deer hunting ones are orange...maybe ice should get those orange ones....Deer hunters have guns or bows.

From this video. It looks like she ran into, and almost ran the ICE officer over. She gunned the throttle. One less reckless nut job in the world to worry about. Thanks for shooting her dead.

Nope.  The women in the car was there to interfere with ICE doing there lawful duty.  Told to get out of the car that was a threat to the well being of the agents.  The women was disobeying lawful orders.  No different than being told to drop the knife.  And when she weaponized her car and accelerated with malice and intent while supposedly injuring an agent, the drive was shot.  And the shooting is justified by various aspects of her behavior.
