The lines at the 'free grocery' had to be controlled by security guards.
I already gave the link for that.   She claimed it wasn't true, but I showed
it was.   The 'free grocery', which wasn't free because tax payers paid
for it, had to keep the people controlled with guards or they would have run crazy
