I claim my sources are qualified and have done their research, unlike those on this thread who are too afraid to post their Fox News opinion pieces.

Quote:The $127 billion FY 2027 Preliminary Budget assumes a 9.5 percent property tax rate increase — generating $3.7 billion in FY 2027. The City also applied $980 million from the city’s Rainy Day Reserve Fund in FY 2026 and $229 million from the Retiree Health Benefit Trust in FY 2027 in order to balance the budget as legally required.

Out there for anyone, who chooses not to look right over it, to see and see Mamdani made hollow promises he knew he couldn't keep.

So it's a warning not any action as you were trying to claim. Search other sources that don't feed your bias and you will see he has not done anything you or your sources claim he has done.

Hochel says none of that will be necessary, so she must have an alternate plan up her sleeve. She had better if she wants to be re-elected because the people there want what they want.

Lol   That's YOUR nickname around here dearie, not mine.  FAIL.   Lol

Mamdani is a communist.   Communism always fails.   He steals from the productive to give to the unproductive so they will keep him in power.   Like all communists, he thinks he's entitled to other peoples money.   It's slavery to the state.  He made promises that he knew he couldn't keep.   And those with the money ... the people and the businesses ... aren't going to take the abuse.  They are taking their money and leaving.

The DI gag'l of village idiots are the usual crowd right here on this thread and most of us know it, even if you don't. Poor FF, so clueless.

ManCommie cannot do whatever he wants simply because he is mayor.

There will be lawsuits a plenty against him and his administration just like the deranged Liberals try to pull on Trump.

Your uninformed take on this is comical as usual.

Clearly you have not paid attention to anything Mamdani has said in the past.......everything he has said he wasn't going to do, he does.

You are correct, the people want what they want. And what they want is the free stuff they were promised but they are not going to like how they get it....ask those that went to the first "free" market pop-up that NYC did the other day.
