Hurricane Beryl is heading towards Texas. Should impact around Victoria, affecting Corpus Christi up to Huston. Austin and Dallas will also probably get storms as it works inland.
Right now it is taking up most of the Gulf of Mexico:
here is the predicted path:
The earliest Category 5 hurricane - beating 2005’s Hurricane Emily.
The earliest Category 4 hurricane - beating 2005’s Hurricane Dennis.
The earliest hurricane so far east in the tropical Atlantic on record
This is also the first time since 1966 we’ve seen a major hurricane before the July 4th holiday
3 dead in Grenada, 3 in St. Vincent/ Grenadine, 3 in Venezuela, and 2 in Jamaica.
Prayers for those affected.
