This is the kind of stuff that made me wonder if DeCarlos Brown's claims of a substance in his body should be investigated further. Especially when I recall the Las Vegas shooting massacre and my attempt to connect the technology developed by Arndt Praelle's University of Buffalo lab experiments on remote full body motor control using an injection at the back of the neck. The crazy thing, Russian RT put out a speculative warning of that capability the very night before all that went down at the hotel in Vegas. I tracked down the link, and I was spamming it over every vegas  shooting thread at the time on ATS and linking Arnd Praelle and the University of Buffalo Department website as well as their cited scientific paper. 

After Brown stopped taking psychiatric medication, his mother took him to a homeless shelter.[sup][27][/sup] In January 2025, he made repeated 911 calls from the grounds of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center[sup][30][/sup] after speaking with the medical personnel there, claiming that a "man-made material" inside him was controlling his body.[sup][31][/sup] Instead of being immediately admitted, Brown was charged with misuse of 911 instead, and released without bond.[sup][32][/sup]

I am not saying give Brown immunity, not give him the death penalty or in any way treat him in a  lighter conviction or sentencing. What I am saying, what  harm does it do to just follow that wherever it leads? I mean, he will suddenly die within days the moment such an investigation does happen, even if at first it does not get taken seriously. Which should only motivate to uncover the mystery even further.
FFS the man himself was attempting to be removed from anyone who he may harm based on his belief he was not in control of himself and was just left out into the street.... how does that not raise any critical thinkers spidey senses after all the capabilities we already know have existed for some time?
Yea he was on drugs, and so was every MK ultra and mind control experiment out there based  on the CIA's own documents, right? Perhaps we should throw the good scientists face into a lineup of many pages and see how he reacts whenever he lays his eye on the good doctor?



I found the original RT article warning about the science itself mere days from the hotel shooting. it was 2017, October 1 was the shooting. If you can find it in the ATS waybackmachine or archive on at least three different vegas shooting threads, I had pictures and the study paper itself cited, heavily linked assuming they have survived the nine years since. Hardly anyone took notice because every  other post had to talk about Donald Trump with tribalists raging and foaming at the mouth left and right. Hell, it feels like that was the exact intent so nobody could see the chess game and puzzle pieces moving in the background.

oh shit bro, Ana Paulina Luna just opened up a can of worms in congress! They are openly discussing MK Ultra, MK Nikie, and the possibility that the CIA is responsible or complicit in Charles Manson's murder spree based on his treatment at a San Diego clinic by a project member! One of the three panel witnesses even explains his exposure, possible ties to operation paperclip and how today's technology companies have far surpassed the capabilities  of these old CIA programs and believes they are in effect today!
