So, what are the chances that this is all BS, and what they really have is a GPS-like system that operates on ultra-low wavelength or frequency hopping or some such--much less jammable--and they just don't want to tell anyone about it? It would make a good cover if those capabilities were revealed to preemptively spin some quantum-bs hoodoo to point to, plus it might get the competition spending money chasing ghosts, if they're dumb enough.

Do you mean ultra low frequency? Ultra low wavelength is higher frequency. 

The dopler shift at lower frequencies would be less so it would be harder to measure accurately. Spectrum hopping has a similar problem but each frequency would have a separate measurement and would have to be compensated for.

While neather of those two are likely, I would not put it past them for using this as a cover for something else.

yes in fact that was what I was thinking of, like they use for subs, thanks! but it is just an example, as you point out. or maybe something not even em! like austrialia's new gravity-based compass system or something, which i just heard about today (and is somewhat sus too haha). inertial accumulators, quantum or not, just seem terribly convenient, "haha don't even try to block it" (please!)

Why not? No secret GPS has its problems. If something better is available, that is what capitalism is about. Lot of commercial and scientific applications. The world is changing fast on the technological front. Being able to reliably navigate an underground mine will be big bucks.

Why not? This could very well be much more than a navigation system if it is true. Would you want everyone knowing you can see what is in the ground hundreds of miles away and what is moving around on the surface and above? Seeing through several walls is nothing with this.

That it could, So do we just keep a whole branch of science around electrogravitcs locked up for a few more generations while China takes the lead? Keep letting all these unidentified things fly around as we scratch our head, while in the background having more false flag wars, information and biological campaigns making the population sicker.

Or do we drop all the fear and ignorance and come to terms with the way reality is. Cutting down the time for a trip to Mars for months to hours will be a game changer for those that do want to go out and explore the galaxy.

Yes, there is nothing like being stuck with a stowaway that keeps saying "Oh, the pain, the pain" and gets turned into a carrot. 

Most don't understand that the constellations look the way they do only from where we are now. Move too far and there is only spectral analysis of the stars to verify their identification.

We are not saying there will not be civilian applications and units available. We are saying they will be just bearly functional compared to the government models. 

For example the civilian unit will indicate where there is likely interesting mineral concentrations within a small area. The government drives through a town and records every building plan, every underground pipe, every vehicle, every tunnel, every grave, every personal bunker, etc...

The level of details will be vastly different.

Now for combat applications. There will be a live realtime map of all installations and equipment within the range of the scanner. All nicely color coded for friends and foes with lists of material and personnel assets for any selected area. No need for all that complicated coordination of all those individual intelligence sources. 

Now do you see why they aren't letting the full story out? It may not be to the level I have described yet, but I am certain they are working on it.
