But then it takes the moral high road of "only racists are still caring about race," while it STILL systematically undermines black representation under the guise of true equality, meritocracy, and being beyond all racial designations.

The end results are still the end results that favor white people in a way protected against being called racist. 

Damn, the devil pulled "a greatest trick ever" and convinced the world it didnt exist... but that's just my rigid opinion. Not gonna be popular on this swing of the pendulum.

Well, the end results of "treating people as people" sure as hell benefits white districts and republicans most, dont you think?  Regardless of what is actually said. Its a very results oriented administration, and those results are always telling. 

I am sure the majority black democrats of Memphis will appreciate and feel adequately represented being split into 3 majority white republican districts, and realize it was them being racist to want a more representative district all along! 

But hey, enjoy the righteous moral high road that is now beyond all my primitive racial criticisms.

Which side are you white on? If you don't want to say, then which side are you black on? But that only seemed to matter to the people from that one planet that destroyed themselves in that last battle. One against one. 

Race only matters to those that get power and make money from separating them. You can't get donations to fight racism if you can't show racism. That is what it is all about.

The key to fighting prejudice and racism is to stop looking at shit by their color that includes the "white people bad" that you're seeing. Even Morgan Freeman agrees with that. You are simply being the other half of the hate equation and its not too late to change.

Justice is blind and this was justified. Who you FEEL it favors is your issue, justice doesn't have feelings. It's purely rational and unbiased. Unlike you. You are your own enemy.

Some further study of the History of The TN 9th District might indicate racism played a part in it's re-mapping from The 1980 Census.  Since then there's only been 3 Reps elected!  


Tennessee's 9th congressional district

The district was re-created as a result of the redistricting cycle after the 1980 census. The district is almost exclusively urban, due to its mostly cohabitant nature with Memphis.


In 1966, the Supreme Court case Baker v. Carr took effect. In that ruling, the court laid out a "one man, one vote" standard. Prior to 1966, the 9th was nearly ten times larger in population than the nearby 7th and 8th.
 

Here's the possible Racist part:     

After the 1980 census saw it become the 9th once again and was drawn as a black-majority district. This allowed the Democrats to consolidate their hold on the seat.
