Yes, there are no rules for anyone to apply beyond Mother Nature who is the true Power over our bodies in this physical plane of existance and beyond that are the Energies we cannot see. The Ying Yang. Equals and opposites. They spin together IN THE SAME DIRECTION, never to meet. So WE must play the part of the "Yong", the axis point in the Centre that sees all as it passes and becomes visible. The "TRINITY" of things which is in all things everywhere.

We must perhaps recognise, understand and use the Trinity more wisely.

Sorry for saying so, but you sound like a religious preacher who needs followers, and maybe all your spinning and turning in different directions has made you dazed and confused to believe it's more complicated than it needs to be and filled with unnecessary rules for a sense of importance. Please forgive me for any negative feelings this produces. The "Whirling Dervishes" would understand in their Sufi dancing ceremonies.

Be the Spirit of your own Yong my friend. The flow is beautiful and never wastes energy changing direction. Time and Space always unfold absolutely perfectly but are impossible to undo.
