Trump didn't do anything to Virginia!

I think she liked him, and saw him as a person who had a conscience, and that he would release the Epstein files.

I also hoped for the same, but he is being controlled by evil people!

I actually think he has a heart, but the evil people who control him probably threat him and his family if he doesn't do what they want him to do.

I am not saying that Trump is a saint, but he is better than most people understand!

I picked up her book yesterday and am currently reading it. It is a very sobering read.
Sexual abuse started very early by her father. Virginia ended up being placed in a a boot camp to modify her behavior called Growing Together.
It sounds like a horrific place to live and she was there for years. More sexual abuse. She tried numerous times to escape.

I'm still reading it.

I am so happy that you care about the victims.

I don't disbelieve Virginia but it really p*sses me off that ALL the attention is on Prince Andrew while all the American politicians, lawyers and billionaires are getting away with it. I despise Andrew and think he's an odious, loathsome buffoon, but in reality he's a soft target compared to the Clintons, for instance, who have a kill list a mile long. She also accepted money from Andrew, which is a bad move if you're trying to show you're a victim and not profiteering.

Guiffres book, more “victims” lawsuits, and now this lady throwing common sense to the wind and is trying to get sued just for a few clicks.

The rich shouldn't get away with anything criminal because everybody should be equal to the law.

The fact that they can sleep at night tells me that they do not care about the victims, and their emotional intelligence is very low.

The best leaders have a high emotional intelligence and conscience.

You may laugh/judge me for this.... I felt very similar reading Paris Hilton's memoir - A lot of people assume her to be a superficial 'airhead' but she's actually very intelligent - I was totally shooketh to read about the horrors she endured as a teen and I really enjoyed the way she had written her memoir.

If you can get past the Paris Hilton aspect of it, I highly recommend!!

It was against this backdrop of her trauma being unearthed, her steps to seek psychological counseling for it, that she drafted this manuscript. Doing so was an act of empowerment and a way of reframing and taking control over the narrative of her past abuse that haunts her.”

In the new memoir, Wallace makes brief mention of the earlier fictionalised draft, but explains that Giuffre chose to fictionalise in order to protect herself from retaliation by the powerful men she was accusing of sex crimes. Wallace has, however, copy-and-pasted entire passages from the earlier draft, with a few minor cosmetic adjustments.
