Polls are open... I've been waiting for this day for 4yrs.. I missed the last election; I was working in a place that had no phones/internet.. i didn't find out for 2 days that Biden won.. and I was gutted.
Today feels like redemption. Can enough Americans vote to beat the Democrats Rigged Election platform.

On the people's side..
2 assassination attempts.
4 years of legal warfare. his home was raided, as was his lawyers. He's been indicted and investigated several times over accusations that are flimsy at best and rarely prosecuted.
His friends and colleagues have been arrested and blackmailed into cooperating with the DOJ or going to prison.
The family has been dragged through the courts and had their livelihoods threatened.

On the intel agencies side...
A Californian Attorney General who was installed after a soft coup of the US Presidency
A team that promotes men in women's toilets, sports and changerooms
The party that gave you massive inflation, higher interest rates while sending chests of gold to Ukraine's sleezy leader
Aided and conspired by Big Media, Big Tech and social media to censor any opinions that differ from their warped ideology

In somewhat proof of the hideous nature of the Media, every news report I see says its a dead heat. That its anyone's game..
However, the footage and coverage of Trump, RFKjnr, Gabbard, Musk in interviews, rallies and driving through the streets shows that the people want Trump.

Can anyone suggest any live / streamed sites that are good to watch an 'election day in the usa' ? I have fox news and CNN - but wouldn't mind something a bit more grassroots and genuine.

So, whats going to happen in the next 24hrs? What's your perceived outcome?

Mid Michigan here, going to try to go vote at our township hall on lunch, depending on how busy it is.  Otherwise I will go after work.  I think the longest I've ever waited was 20 minutes.
We are a pretty right leaning township.
But we have an uphill battle here in Michigan.
You would think after 6 years of the Gretch and her mafia, people would wake up.
The earth provides everything we need.
We thought we could do better.
We were wrong.

"Turned away?"

That is not sufficiently explanatory... and could be "used" by some meaning to inflame bad feelings.

Explain "turned away."

... please.

I have tried watching the NBC live coverage. Reminds me why I turned off the tv years ago. Not seeing any tally counts at this stage. Just promoting the new normal where it takes two weeks for the swing states to eventually declare some back room deal.

Elections where never like this in the past. Neither where kids dropping dead of heart attacks or getting gender confused and sterilized before purity. The sales point on this computer counting was in getting the job done faster. With what kind of job that really is, ask Tina Peters.

It is sad, what has become of the citizens of this country actually accepting the lamest excuses for "not being able to count numbers anymore."

Suddenly it takes proprietary third-party 'voting machines' and cabals of technocrats... it takes a form of entering a place hostile to your choice, rather than indifferent.

They won't tally for some time yet... and there will be many talking heads pretending that anything they might say matters to a numerical total.

Here the 'party-speak' is loudest.  When in fact it should be silent.

Journalism... now only activist.

"George and Martha, sad, sad, sad."

The coming redemption, starting in less than 5 hours, feels ominous.

The gloating and HA-F'ING-HA nature of this victory is going to be a hostile playground of bait and trigger. There's a lot of anger in this victory. 4 years worth of being reved up at a starting line finally gets the green light.

I doubt the most triggered by Trump are going to be able to handle what will undoubtedly be the least classy victory ever ever.

I, for one, never associate partisan folks with "class" anymore... activism ruined the soup.
