Appreciate the info mate although I'll admit I'm woefully ignorant about the more historical (and esoteric) aspects.

Some interesting reading for sure and have also heard forms of psychic driving, de-patterning etc. were practiced via the 'Egyptian book of the dead' (don't know how true that is though).

Regarding relatively recent history and horrific experiments (sometimes on kids) then several roads also lead back to Leipzig's Wilhelm Wundt - thought Charlotte Thompson made some really important observations in this interview and basically they believed kids should be indoctrinated as 'unquestioning slaves to the state'.

Wundt was financed by the Rockefellers (no surprise there) and another group they funded which pops up time and time again is the Tavistock Institute.

Fact is you can do some really starnge things with ELF waves.

Take for instance being able to influence brainwave activity and circadian rhythms.
