Evidence of Ancient Life Found Buried Under an Asteroid Crater
#1
Hello everyone based upon a new discovery in South Korea it appears that Ancient Life may have thrived in Asteroid impact craters. Beneath a crater gouged by a massive impact around 42,000 years ago, a team led by geologist Jaesoo Lim of the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM) has identified several stromatolites. Stromatolites are layered structures built by microbial matts these life forms are some of the oldest structures found on earth.

"a team led by geologist Jaesoo Lim of the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM)"

"was funded primarily by the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM)."

Evil corrupt scientists: Jaesoo Lim, Sei-Sun Hong, Min Han, Sangheon Yi, Sung Won Kim.

Because it's about Korea i get to post K-Pop now...

Awesome discovery too!

This is stating that the asteroid impact made a hot spring by breaking the crust. This made a better environment for the microbes to thrive.

I want to know is if the microbes were already here or were they riding along with the asteroid? That could be a very interesting answer.

This is a very interesting thread.
I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?
