Did Tesla predict the future of technology?

"Ancient Aliens" explores the controversial theory that extraterrestrials have visited Earth for millions of years.

Ever since I was a little girl I have been interested in the Philadelphia-Experiment.  Wink2

Legend says the U.S. Navy tried to make the USS Eldridge invisible in 1943, and it vanished. Some claim Nikola Tesla's electromagnetic theories inspired the experiment, linking him to time travel and teleportation tech.

Remember that Tesla believed that everything in the universe resonates at specific frequencies. He said "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration" ... and I agree with that.

What do you think?

I believe that when we leave the body then there is no time, but I am not sure if humans will ever understand why.

Maybe one day we will understand that if we deserve it!  Grin

Tesla was eccentric and that was the reason he was a target of ridicule in the press and among peers who didn't understand his vision.

The world just wasn't ready for him!

You could say his mind were operating on a different frequency, and therefore he was misunderstood.

I personally think he was more interested in unlocking the secret of the universe than profiting from them, and I can relate to that.

Nice thread LightAngel, I even watched the whole video, despite the tortuous ramblings lol.

I think the basic story is really just what it was, an experiment in de-gaussing to protect ships from magnetic mines.

Tesla was a genius, no doubt, whatever that word means. One of those people that are born now and then with something different from the rest of us.

I bought that book, The Philadelphia Experiment, back in the day when it first appeared!

I loved all that stuff, still do in a way. I'm just older and wiser now.

I am glad you like it.  Wink2

Hmmm, so you are older and wiser now, are you sure?  Lol

When we are very young our minds are very pure and we can sense things that grownups can't anymore because their minds are manipulated.

It is important to find the balance, you know, keeping the curiosity and openness of youth while gaining discernment.

If you really have one foot in both worlds, then lets get back to what this topic is about!

Do you think the human race will ever be able to travel in deep space?

I think we will. I don't see time as a barrier to that.

We might need a few Teslas along the way though!

It's all good.
