I currently have to kitties that i inherited from my mother after she passed.
One is a black and white one called 'Spot' because apparently, from what my mother told me, Spot  had a huge white blotch on her chest as a kitten which has now shrank.

Callie is a calico and is far more laid back than Spot is.

So now we too are feeding our semi-rural community friendly 'everyone's outdoor semi-feral pet' tuxedo cat. Cat people/rescuers know what I mean.

That reminds of me of when my partner and I were first married, we had a dingy apartment in a big city where we would BBQ outside our fire escape (think New York movie fire escapes alongside and behind apartment buildings - actually a TV production company paid us to use our back door and fire escape once - any way, I would buy large shrimp from my fish store and every time an orange cat would show up asking for one - we obliged - that cat was a funny character.
