All the missing persons have been found. They were all still in the yacht. 

Now the finger pointing starts. 

Correction: One body is still missing, that of Lynch’s eighteen-year-old daughter.

Just to conclude this sorry saga, Hannah Lynch's body has just been found and recovered. She was trapped in one of the other cabins.

So, with everyone accounted for, at least the families can now put their loved ones to rest in peace.

As for the Bayesian, there are plans to raise her from the seabed. If it weren't for the ongoing investigation, I'd rather see her undisturbed and left to lay in her watery tomb.
