Diet is shit, drugs are mostly cannabis, mostly. cocaine doesn't stop me from meditating myself to sleep. I don't use anything else, and I'm terrible at being addicted. I'd rather stay laying in bed then get up and worry about that crap.
These things are going to amplify whatever else is going on, especially sleep. The cannabis could be part of coping mechanism and just stopping might be detrimental. Other things might also have side effects. This is why I say speak to professionals, they will know what to stop and what to continue or phase out and help you through it.

Well I appreciate all the input so far. Even the stuff I've heard it's good to have it down. There are many things I've wanted to try but haven't, so I'll start with the binurial stuff in that thread Sirius offered first.
And hell yes the cannabis is part of it. Cannabis caused me to shed the abusive parenting I was taught. Breaking cycles
I really don't see a need to fix anything so far having a way to compartmentalize and move on seems like a superpower.
And it's not like repression I know what that is, the way I do it ends up being a self reflective discussion akin to a small group of random people from random places with random lifestyles trying to figure out what kind of pizza and dessert to order. When we have an acceptable medium then I make my choice.
Well, when I have time.
As stated before this is a research topic for me I'm collecting everything that could provide any information.

If you are feeling like adventure do this and then do the gateway meditation. You need to be alone and be able to talk out loud.

I Have recently become aware of an individual that suggests they may be affected by one or maybe all of these conditions and possibly more.
I'm not in the medical or psychological field, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if this kind of thing is possible, and how exactly these things are tested medically.
I'm not too interested in the therapy side of this discussion. Literal physical medical science and personal experience is what I'm eager to hear about.
Please no ASPD horror stories.
The friend/individual want to approach their family dr about their concerns/suspicions of being affected by one or more and see if a refferal for testing is appropriate.
In the UK and internationally the DSM IV (Diagnostics and Statistics Manual) is the 'bible' proffesionals use to catagorise these conditions and explains what appropriate tests to run/how to interpret results - however with conditions this complex it often takes several experts in slightly different fields to all agree with a diagnosis such as schizophrenia before a formal diagnosis is given.
It may be worth asking for an MRI and/or neurophychologist for their input too if you live in a country with free healthcare - I'm pretty certain that schizophrenia shows up in an MRI due to the areas of the brain it affects and causes shrinkage in.
I know little/nothing about these specific conditions but there is something called Non Epilleptic Attack Disorder Syndrome (NEADS) whcich I have aswel as epillepsy and shares traits of all three - they're full on seizures but not epileptic (no soiling self) and part of a brains protective mechanism to shut down the brain/dissasociate to protect the brain from accessing memories of childhood trauma.
Either way it sounds like you are going through a lot with a lot of recent news/information about potential childhood trauma - it is best to seek a proffesional for help and advice about these as they're very complex things to come to terms with. It doesn't automatically mean signing up to treatment or therapy but they should guide you through what complex conditions may apply and test for these, provide more information about conditions and general support outside therapy route (I opted against regressional therapy to try and work out/process the trauma(s) that cause brain to have NEADS but still get help and advice from a Neuropsychologist for managing/living with the condition).
Tl;dr - These are very complex conditions several specialists need to test and diagnose, MRI is a 100% scientific test for a couple of these conditions, others are a bit more vague and dependent on scoring and interpretation of PHQ (patient health questionaire) in line with DSM IV (https://psycnet.apa.org/record/1994-97698-000) any decent dr would listen to concerns/thoughts and refer you to appropriate people or put mind at ease.

I seriously wonder about the cognitive skills of some people...
I mean, if you have nothing to add then don't add nothing it's just disrespectful.

It might be worth looking into using CBD since you use cannabis, it has pretty much the opposite effect of THC psychologically and will help a lot with the things weed often induces such as anxiety and paranoia.
It'll offer an entourage effect and the THC will be much more therapeutic with it.

I think he messed up his post and tried to reply with this:

This I guess is the important bit:
It doesn't automatically mean signing up to treatment or therapy but they should guide you through what complex conditions may apply and test for these, provide more information about conditions and general support outside therapy route.
Reaching out to trusted members in your community is also an option. Friends, Family.
If those things fills you with fear of losing control, "shop" around. It's all about regaining control in any case first and sometimes people needs help with that. There is no shame.
Ordinarily this is the processes and you would go up the ladder. Family > friends > community > "professionals": elders, psychics, shamans, therapy , doctors, priests, police..etc. You don't even have to tell anyone details, but you need to follow a path of love and can you do that alone?
Your at the community level and it's telling you to go up the ladder.
edit: you can literally also just go to a GP. They have an obligation to cure alignments. Alignments like sleep and you get a pill. Self medications tends to come in the form of vices and you know those.

Yup, my post messed up for some reason and didn't display properly - It's a mix of my personal experience of going through diagnosis for a similar condition but opting not to pursue regressional therapy route, answering OPs question about what scientific proofs are involved on the neuro/MRI side from personal experience with epillepsy/NEADS and neuopsychology.
I used to volunteer for a charity and ex offenders/prisoners rehabilitation by totting up the PHQ-9, GAD etc...scores fully qualified experts gave patients to try to explain how DSM IV is used by experts for formal diagnosis. it's such a complicated area that self diagnosis or questions/concerns about this are best raised with family drs or local elders to avoid negative impacts on health as it doesn't automatically mean having to agree to treatment.

Yeah that's why I love decarbing my own privately grown cannabis, then press them into caps. At a good 27% I can manage to get .7-.8 in each cap making a total near 200mg, it ends up losing some weight and gaining strength in the decarbing process as the moisture and some lighter elements are converted, but I've been told this is the highest CBD product I'll ever find, that's still technically natural. I have no idea where the CBD ends up. ?
Trouble happens after two weeks when my tolerance goes from one cap being too much at the beginning to needing three or four just to take the edge off. It's not manageable in a continuous medical way without a lab and technician and a good doctor in the right field of study. So impossible...

Ah shite my bad. Was too tired to look and went POS cynical about the thing I was fudging up.... Damn I'm dumb sometimes. I'll look better before I give a proper reply but wanted to say my bad, sry...
