I dont like macabre decks where they destroy the meanings of the cards to make them uniform designs.  They're cool designs, but this reading kills the compatible imagery requirement.

And why put the demon monarchy on cards? It's a nonsequitur to have them there.

What "The King of Wands" means:

So to the reading.

The Moon + 8 of Wands
The Sun + 9 of pentacles
Judgement + Knight of Wands
Queen of Cups + King of Wands

The Moon + 8 of Wands:

Rapidly shifting cyclical change.  8 of Wands is my swiftness card.  So the site will get a bipolar diagnosis.

The Sun + 9 of pentacles - This could be the manic phase of the cyclical change. Or a type of facade.

Judgement + Knight of Wands - An impulsive awakening?

The second card gives a foolhardy inflection to the aforementioned profound awakening card. So its like a rush to judgement or passionate emotion. Could mean "easily provoked to making impetuous connections."

Queen of Cups + King of Wands

The compationate mother with the vision of leadership. This is too good of a combination of leadership and matriarch to ruin with that bitch Asmodeus...

Oh... shit, there's a seven of pentacles at the top with another grimoire demon...

Seven of Pentacles - Reflection.  A hiatus to evaluate the progress of your work. That makes sense. 

Hey, maybe it's like Willy Wonka and to get the chocolate factory you cant be judged a bad egg...

And since I'm bringing up Veruca Salt, here's the reading's "Theme Song."  Or at least what could have the Matriarch leadership evaluating their work thus far and assessing any possible judgement.

The macabre deck is depression and empathy.  The ruling angels name are under the demons name in Hebrew.  You can do many substitutions between the two decks. Lot's of opportunities for gematria. The different suites representing elements  on each card and then you got the two decs again so the possibilities are really limitless. A way to look it is as one set blocking the other, containment and release, something like that. The demons can either be the troll under the bridge or an ally teaching you etc.. etc.

The hair standing up takes getting used to, but the rush of energy is really incredible once you acclimatize. Still debating if I should take pictures of the full altar setup and the ritual from cleansing onwards. Recordings would be better, it's one thing saying the cards fly out another seeing it. I don't think people fully appreciate the time this really takes and the impossibility of journaling once you start.

At some future point I have to learn how Tarot divination explains or accounts for the variations in card symbolism, the reinterpretations made within the art... that kind of thing...

It seems almost like adding some repugnant after taste to a medicine...

Demons, are almost entirely impossible to define, outside of a text book...
In my culture and faith... we recognize and attribute it all to their collective avatar, Satan.

I suppose a Tarot devised from imagery of 'angels' and such would still read the same way?

I know this is a shitty response to what many Tarot aficionados will like to interpret without interruption...
I have a difficult time avoiding asking a question sometimes....

And "obtuse" questions are kind of my 'schtick.'

Since my Tarot cards were brought back into the light and dusted off, I pulled a new years card for you.

Five of wands, reversed

This is a positive reading.

8 wands flying in swiftly indeed. Could say it was Maduro and his wife, but stuff happening in Iran also. Who knows though, I would say it's not good news for the king. The year has only started.

I suppose I deserve that, me being a fake poet. Such is the way.

I should read more poetry but I fear it would influence me Sirius. I also don't have the wisdom, insight and dare I say talent that those great men had.

Drew animal friends for you. It was the unicorn, a white hair and a leaping hare. Awareness and flow will help your creativity, the leaping hair represents agility. Something in the environment, not tuned. Go watch the sunset at your favorite spot, you must travel and then go home immediately after everything will become clear.
