It was just a thought ... I'd like to have seen it without the extraneous contention... forgive the presumption.

oh yeah, I was thinking of starting another thread and doing it a bit differently, it's just finding the energy. this one was partly just for fun and stuff and also to check reaction

The Sword of Judgment  -יְסוֹדיכֶּתֶרכ  גאולה
salvation
18 Your heart shall meditate [in] fear;
where is he who counts,
where is he who weighs,
where is he who counts the towers?

remain silent
watch the snake
cool down
stay on target- seventh day
ex nihilo

Cripes! - I feel so timid about how this could be interpreted...

Does it speak of a bulwarked positioning?
A fisherman's stance... be quiet and pay attention?
Make your self not react for time... breathe.
observe the set... not the stage.

Please tell me how wrong I am...

And in another blatant display of my ignorance...

Please, if you have time,  elaborate the numbers...

Right so I think I will just leave some things unsaid this time

5 candles, the one for the snake went out, who knows the way of such things
sandalwood incense

facing north

9 cards

An omen of change, friction in the partnership, it's not looking great. The message on self torment that must end is pretty clear. Be creative and express yourself, be open. Help from a friend will bring it's own challenges, someone in the background. A good outcome is possible if choices are balanced carefully. Decisions must be made. The seven of cups can turn the two around (7 cards in front of it)

The devil was at the bottom of the deck, felt like a good thing, but you know, looking at the above..

Would it be a point to mention the 9 of swords?...

I feel that it is an important 'aspect' of this.

The reversal possibility .... that's an interesting thing....

The four cards on the left is pretty much get over it and stop being childish, the energy should be channeled towards creativity.

There is also strong sense of a 'scapegoat' and business

Perhaps a note towards embracing that metaphorical "deep breath and contemplation."

Just trying to get bead on the interpretations outside the gist now.

Naberius!

Ooooooooh, omens for the forum, I see. Looks like the wheel is turning and now we are going on a journey

The Moon, The Sun and The Last Judgment leading to the Queen of Cups

Oh dear! They are pulling down the moon, calamity will ensue. Good thing Ronove is here. Definitely a theme of communication, perhaps rhetoric has been lacking in arts and science

Indeed, sciences and art will bring communication to success. Remain fluid, move around obstacles

Snap judgments...this came up before. Remain grounded

Asmodeus with his legions! here tonight?!

Why does he always pop on these forums? Who knows the way of such things?

It is good fortune, your enemies will spit acid from envy when you follow the arts and science

that is all

At some future point I have to learn how Tarot divination explains or accounts for the variations in card symbolism, the reinterpretations made within the art... that kind of thing...

It seems almost like adding some repugnant after taste to a medicine...

Demons, are almost entirely impossible to define, outside of a text book...
In my culture and faith... we recognize and attribute it all to their collective avatar, Satan.

I suppose a Tarot devised from imagery of 'angels' and such would still read the same way?

I know this is a shitty response to what many Tarot aficionados will like to interpret without interruption...
I have a difficult time avoiding asking a question sometimes....

And "obtuse" questions are kind of my 'schtick.'  Tongue
