I'm still working through all of the symbolism in Billy's Plandemic manual.
Since he is more than preoccupied by the #28 [birthday October 28] page 28 has something most odd.

Line 26- "the CDC was wrong in May 2021 when it said that vaccinated people didn't need to wear masks-"

What exactly is he suggesting? People we told that by taking those jabs they would be protected from getting Covid- which shifted to they wouldn't contract it as severely.

There have been many studies circulating about shedding issues from the vaccinated.

This book was published May 3, 2022. Maybe he knew about this when he wrote the book.

Somehow they need to defund him because he will never stop with his jab empire. Looks like something is happening to Microsoft-

Page 78 in the plandemic manual delves into the Omicron variant that was discovered in South Africa, which is where the "cicada" variant has mutated from. WHO put it on the watch list December 5, [17] 2025.

"Using a database that tracks cases of infectious diseases from throughout the country, the South African team found the answer: Omicron was far more capable of reinfecting people than previous variants were."

It's weird that they have named this Cicada.

Moments like this matter because they show how important it is to question power, protect patients, and insist that the systems meant to heal/help us are held to the highest standard!
