I can't see how the autopen can be a real pardon. The fact that it was back dated to January 1, 2014.
I suspect that the reason was that it was the start of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa where 11,000 people died. I consider that to be a real live exercise.

I am concerned. These insane scientists have no regard for safety. This is painting a bulls eye on Ebola. The plan was to make Ebola aerosolized until Fort Deitrick's Ebola research was shut down.

Bill Gates dedicated his book "How To Prevent The Next Pandemic" to Paul Farmer.

For anyone interested Paul Farmer wrote about his boots on the ground experience during the Ebola outbreak of 2014.
"Fevers, Fur, And Diamonds."  Farmer died February 21, 2022 from a heart attack.
