Massive class action lawsuit just filed against Columbia


The plaintiffs are seeking relief for the Jewish students at Columbia who have been harmed and displaced by the rampant antisemitism on campus.

What its going to take is for the schools to be on the edge of bankruptcy and for it to get expensive enough they are forced to fire anyone paid by them who participates in the phony protests. Hate is not protest and the problem is the people in charge of the schools are on the side of the antisemitism.

The so called Ivy League schools have huge surpluses of cash, so they are going to need to be hit hard in a way that drains that cash. It may be that they need to be shut down entirely.

If the US gets fired on building the aid bridge - and fires back - all of those occupied campuses in the US will erupt and spread into a reason to riot. Not good.

That said, I support Israel and its right to defend itself because it will face a genocide of its people at this point if it doesn’t prevail. Us or them.

I support Israel entirely and find the anti-semitism in the US to be terrible.

What is occurring at Columbia and other universities is absolutely nuts, Im for free speech etc.but this is 1930s and 1940s type of racism in NYC. We had better find a better way, and we need to follow the money behind all of this seriously

It's called the anti-war movement.

If you were around back in the 60s and 70s or 00s you would have come across the same movement and people demonstrating against the war in various countries.

Not really.   The people demonstrating at Columbia aren't peaceniks wanting an end to all war.  They are calling for the genocide of the Jews ... chanting 'from the river to the sea', 'we are hamas', 'we know where you live', 'everyday will be Oct 7', 'go back to Germany (and be slaughtered in the holocaust), etc etc.  They call for intifada and war against Israel and the Jews.   The people in the 60s wanted an end to war and killing.  The people who are demonstrating at Columbia are FOR killing ... killing of Jews.  Big difference.

You know that's not true and most students want the end of the war. Besides, it's not only Columbia University students who are demonstrating, there are protests all over the world.

Same thing happened in the 60s and 70s, whoever demonstrated against the war was a communist, antipatriot, antiamerican. Same rhetoric 60 years after but everyone wants the war to end. Too many civilians have lost their lives and even John Kirby the White House Security Communications adviser admitted it a few days ago.

Good try but you can't generalise for the vast majority of students who just want the end of the war and you can't dismiss the anti-war movement. It can't be dismissed, it has its own dynamic and always had its own dynamic.The students haven't killed anyone , it's the IDF that has killed too many civilians and even the US Government recognises it as a fact.
