1. According to Derek, the Air National Guard can only fly in the state responsible for them, UNLESS they've been federalized. And ONLY Donald Trump has federalized them, and they only fly on weekends.

The truth- In the 1990s the Air National Guard was responsible for 50% of US Air Force missions, without being federalized. They have to get long distance training in to keep their certification. Pilots in the Rhode Island Air National Guard would have about five miles of airspace they could train in.

2. Joe Biden wasn't President because Air Force One was flying with "No Callsign" or "Empty Callsign" showing whenever it was on ADS-B trackers during the four years that he was in office.

The truth- Air Force One stopped broadcasting its callsign in March 2020 under Donald Trump for security reasons, and hasn't started broadcasting it since, except for rare occasions. 

These are just two of MANY pieces of made up bullshit that Derek pushes.

He claims to be a retired vet, but he was medically retired during boot camp, and never even got out of basic. But he uses that to push his narrative because people tend to trust vets.

You say Derek doesn't have much reach. Yet he's somehow going to make money with records and books?

I believe Derek over you. He just goes by the law and orders. And might interpret them the way he sees it. I don't agree with every last thing  Derek says either.
