Part of CE5 mediation is triangulating your position. The instructions are usually to to go look at google earth and pictures of the solar systems and the universe and so on.
What you can also do is look up.
Focus on a bright star in the middle of your vision that also gives you two other stars. One in your left and one in your right eye at the edge of peripheral vision. Get another star up or down and then you can go and look things up and triangulate your position. You are "on" the sun and in that picture so easy stuff to do.
So is just literally standing on the sun because your are mediating and locking on to stars like it's a heads-up display and you are in a fighter jet.
Don't worry about earth and so on, the distance between us and the sun is irrelevant at cosmic scale and you already know instinctively where you are in relation to the sun.
Listen to the warning at the start, this guide is very good. Or don't and summon ze pretty orbs. Apparently you can build a dog whistle also. Good luck with that.

Canopus fits perfectly in the left eye and is the literal navigation star. What is not apparent in the image below is the distance between these stars.
