Bradley Murdoch, the alleged killer dies

This is a true crime drama that I guess now there is an end... well not really

A British couple Peter Falconio and his partner Joanna Lees were travelling thru the Northern Territory, Australia. As the story goes, they were "kidnapped" by some dude, that guy was allegedly Bradley John Murdoch, a person "known" to police.

Bradley John Murdoch, 67, died of throat cancer on Tuesday after being moved from jail in June to a hospital in Alice Springs in the Northern Territory, according to multiple media reports.

In 2005, Murdoch was given a life sentence for the murder of British backpacker Peter Falconio, 28, and the assault and attempted kidnapping of Falconio's girlfriend Joanne Lees on the Stuart Highway near Barrow Creek in the NT in July 2001.

Well because of his death, and him not being able to tell the police where the body was buried, the mystery dies with him.

The 67-year-old maintained his innocence on Mr Falconio's murder till the day he died, and police to this day have not been able to locate his body.

Or not.

The description of the kidnapper that Lees gave to authorities and the media was inconsistent with Murdochs appearance, Murdock being well over 6 feet tall is just one of the irregularities.

At the time many suspected the NT police decided to pin this alleged kidnapping and subsequent murder on Murdoch because of his known history as a "drug trafficker".

they never scrutinized Lees account, the media treated her with kid gloves.

If anyone knows where Falconios body is, Lees it that person.

I have not gone deep into the case, seen bits of it play out over the years. Overall, it stinks of Azaria Chamberlain in how the case has been handled.
