The Democrats had the files and Trumps name was probably in it ... but they didn't use it because their own people were also in the files and they couldn't go after Trump being on the Epstein contact list without disclosing that their own people, including Bill Clinton, were also on the list.    Probably killed the Democrats to have the ammo and not be able to use it without committing suicide on themselves.

"Probably" is a problem when it comes to legalese; at best probably is less on the evidentiary scale than circumstantial 

This is what the TPTB are trying to sell, that there is no evidence at all for any of Ghislaine Maxwell's friends, she is sitting in jail for which is definitely bullshit.

There are likely hints of evidence on lots of people, but now just knowingly associating with Epstein and Mawell contaminates whoever was there.

But waiting for "White Hats" and Supermen to rescue us from our own entrenched stupidity
is a  long wait for a train that's not coming.

The truth seems, to me, that the very existence of that idea is telling that eventually,

My growing opinion is that having effective human leadership just constantly exposes humanity to those leaders' inherent flaws; those flaws in a divided world are magnified and attacked by the MSM and social media, corroding the effectiveness of any leader.

Your post brings to mind the thoughts that perhaps our basic human psychology and thus our innate leadership skills are not up for the task , not meant for a constantly connected online and global world.
Maybe we need more tribalism so we can focus! hmmm i dont know.
